Customers may returns item(s) ordered online within (14) days of package receipt date by contacting Gameday Detroit Customer Service here.You may also contact us at 248.548.4775 or email to request a claim. After your claim has been processed, you will be provided a claim number and we will e-mail your return shipping label directly to you. All returns must be postmarked within (5) business days of the return claim date. All return labels will ship USPS Priority. Tracking numbers can be provided to you upon request for your return shipping labels.

We no longer process exchanges. For exchanges, customers please return item(s) for a refund and then reorder replacement item(s) at

  • For all returns, customers will be deducted a $6.95* from their refund. This will cover the shipping return label that will be provided by Gameday Detroit.
  • Customers may choose to ship their returns back themselves with a postal carrier of their own choosing.

In-store Returns

Exchanges for online orders can be processed at any Gameday Detroit retail location within (30) days of receipt for size and/or store credit. All item(s) being returned or exchanged must be returned in new and unused condition and have original product tags attached. Gameday Detroit will not accept damaged, washed, or used (worn) merchandise. Stores will not issue any refunds.


Gameday Detroit reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if they do not meet our Return
Requirements.  Please ship returns to Gameday Detroit Returns Center with a completed Returns Form.

  • Your order invoice number & a return/exchange claim number is required to process the return or exchange request.
  • You must include the return/exchange form. Click here to print. (Requires a PDF reader, click here to install Adobe Reader.)
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns.  
  • Refunds will be issued to customer’s original credit card for the purchase amount minus all shipping cost.  
  •  All sales are final on ANY items marked on sale, customized/personalized items/jerseys, hot market, post season merchandise, collectibles and autographed items. (ex. Winter Classic, Superbowl, World Series, Holidays, etc...)


Gameday Detroit will not accept returns or exchanges if items are deemed worn, washed, used, dirty or are missing tags.  Items will then be returned to purchaser at their expense ($6.95) and no refund will be issued.

  • Item(s) smell of Cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odors.
  • Item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemish.
  • Price tags or other product tags are removed altered or damage.
  • Alterations or modifications of any kind.

Please note that Gameday Detroit reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our Return Requirements.


***In the case of an item being delivered with a security tag still intact, please DO NOT attempt to remove the security yourself. Gameday Detroit will not be liable for any damage caused from attempting to remove any security tags and will consider the item non-refundable.

If you receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, defective out of the box or an incorrect item, save the shipping carton and contact Gameday Detroit Customer Service here or for immediate assistance call us at 1.248.548.4775 within (7) business days of receiving item(s). Please inspect all items upon arrival.

  • Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange pick-up for items delivered through a freight carrier.
  • Refund requests will be issued to the customer’s credit card for the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs when items are received at the Gameday Detroit Returns Center.
  • For customers that request a replacement for an incorrect item, failure to return the wrong item will be billed to the customers account from the original purchase was made.
  • Damaged items must be mailed back and inspected before mailing a replacement.
