How Does Curbside Pickup Work?

  • Shop online and select our free curbside pickup option during checkout.
  • Choose between our Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Downtown Detroit Adams Ave, or Hazel Park Corporate Office locations.
  • After checkout a Gameday Detroit representative will be in contact with you to let you know when your order will be ready and schedule you a pickup appointment.
  • Upon your arrival for your pickup appointment, park in front of the store and call (248) 548-4775 ext. 2004, to let us know you are here.
  • Pop your trunk and a Gameday Detroit representative will bring your items outside and place them inside your trunk.

How Long Will My Order Take?

  • Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your item(s) to be ready for pickup, as some items may not be readily available upon ordering.

How Do I Schedule A Pickup Appointment?

  • After your order is placed, please wait for a Gameday Detroit representative to reach out to you letting you know the earliest available time your order will be ready.
